NO AGE
LIMITATION IN THIS WORLD
(Age
limitation should be abolished in certain cases)
As we have seen in the present case of “Damini”
one of the rapist was a minor and many people said that he was the most brutal
during the incident. My present writing is not related with the case or any
other social injustice of my great nation but the question arises in my mind if
“Malala Yusufazi” can receive the award of NATIONAL YOUTH PRIZE” for her great
work of woman’s right activism at the age of 15 then why can’t the criminal of “Damini”
case get the capital punishment or any other severe punishment?? Why the Indian
laws are protecting those beasts??
Minors can
pregnant any major or minor girl but instead of punishment he will receive the
shelter of our Indian laws just only on the basis of a word “minor”. Minors can
rape can conceive but can’t get punishment. We all know that generally the girl’s
puberty begins at the age of 10-11 and boys at 11-12. Girls usually complete
puberty by ages 15-16 and boys at 16-17. The major landmark of female puberty
is menstruation which occurs on average age between 12-13 & for males, its
first ejaculation which occurs on average age at 13.
Minors can
do sexual assault but can’t get punishment because they are under the shelter
of law. I just can hope “one day my nation will raise its voice against all the
immoral, unethical things which is going on this country on large scale. I also
hope one day we will fight the battle instead of lightening the candles &
2-3 days mere protest.
This poem for you DAMINI
My entire day
was so fine
Was enjoying
love life with lover of mine
Holding each other’s
hand so tightly
Thought my
love is almighty
Was walking on
the street of love
Five wolfs and
one cub was roaring high
Legs of mine
was very sigh
Cursing that
moment with voice high
I raped by
them assaulted by them
My voice was
full of sorrow rhythm
They naked my
but not my soul
I died with
purity, not by filth
My sacrifice
will light millions of future
Laws made in
my case will protect thousands creatures
I am still
alive in my nation
My fragrance
is roaming in this world
